These Terms govern your use of the Auto Job Apply browser extension and aja.nextintai.com (the “Service”), provided by NextIntAi. By installing or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Auto Job Apply is a browser extension that fills job application forms from a profile and resume you supply, scores job postings against that resume, and — if you enable it — submits applications on LinkedIn and Naukri on your behalf. It runs on your own computer and uses an AI API key that you provide and pay for yourself.
It is a tool, not an agent acting on our judgement. Every application it sends is your application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must also be permitted to use the job platforms you point the Service at.
3. Your account
Access requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining control of that Google account and for everything done through it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms.
4. Licence to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service (including the extension, sign-in, and profile sync) for your own personal job search.
5. Third-party platforms — read this one
Automating applications on LinkedIn, Naukri or any similar site may breach that site’s terms of service, and can result in your account being rate-limited, restricted or permanently banned. LinkedIn’s User Agreement, in particular, prohibits automated access and scraping.
We build conservatively — randomised human-paced delays, a daily cap you set, and an immediate hard stop whenever a CAPTCHA, checkpoint or security challenge appears. The Service will never attempt to solve, bypass or evade a bot challenge. None of that makes automation permitted by those platforms.
You decide whether to enable automatic applying. You accept the risk to your accounts, and you are solely responsible for complying with the terms of every site you use the Service on. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn, Naukri, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or Supabase.
6. AI providers and costs
You supply your own API key and contract directly with your chosen AI provider. You are responsible for all charges they bill you, and for complying with their terms. We do not control their pricing, availability, rate limits or output quality, and we do not refund costs arising from your use of the Service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit applications containing false, misleading or fabricated information about your experience, qualifications or identity;
- Apply on behalf of another person without their authorisation;
- Send applications at a volume or rate intended to disrupt, overload or spam an employer or platform;
- Circumvent security measures, bot detection, rate limits or access controls on any site;
- Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s rights.
The Service is a convenience for applying to jobs you genuinely want. It is not a tool for mass-spamming employers, and using it that way is a breach of these Terms.
8. Accuracy is your responsibility
The Service uses AI to interpret form fields and to answer questions. AI makes mistakes. Fields may be filled incorrectly, answers may be wrong, and match scores are an estimate, not a judgement about your suitability. If you enable automatic submission, applications go out without your reviewing them first — that is the trade-off you are choosing.
You are responsible for the content of every application submitted from your account, including anything the AI produced. We recommend running in manual mode until you trust its output on the sites you use.
9. Availability
The Service is provided as-is and may change, break or be discontinued at any time. Job sites redesign their pages frequently, and when they do, parts of the Service will stop working until updated. We do not guarantee uptime, and we owe you no service level.
10. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you get a job.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextIntAi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost opportunities, lost employment, lost data, suspended or banned accounts on third-party platforms, or AI provider charges — whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, the Service being free, is likely to be zero) or USD 50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the above applies to the maximum extent permitted.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextIntAi from any claim, loss or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights or terms — including the terms of any job platform.
13. Termination
You may stop at any time by uninstalling the extension; deleting it removes your local data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or others. Sections 8 and 10 to 12 survive termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it. If a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in the extension first.
16. Contact
